TwiceTouch®

TwiceTouch® is a man-down device or app for detecting and reporting emergencies.
This man-down solution, designed to protect operators working alone and people at risk, is based on an Android® app or dedicated hardware for detecting man-down situations, allowing quick reporting and management of emergencies caused by potential fainting, illness, or accidents.

Born in 2009 with the first Symbian-based smartphones, TwiceTouch® has undergone various evolutions, becoming today a benchmark for managing man-down emergencies for isolated workers.

Since January 2022, we have established a partnership with the Operations Center for 24/7 assistance management.

Consolidated Safety Law

D.LGS. 81/2008

The increasingly frequent demand for enhanced safety for solitary workers, which became law with D.Lgs. 81/2008 “Consolidated Safety Law,” underscores the importance of ensuring prompt communication with rescue services in the event of a workplace incident. Providing solitary workers with a man-down device can therefore be considered a protection measure not only for the at-risk worker but also for the employer (click here for more information).

STAND-ALONE COST-SAVING SOLUTION IDEAL FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF USERS

A simple and effective device. TwiceTouch Easy Badge can send a help request (voluntarily or automatically) and locate the user in real-time during an emergency, thanks to GNSS positioning (GPS, Glonass, Galileo).
TwiceTouch Easy Badge sends the help request via SMS with the location and a series of rotating voice calls.

The help request can be triggered by pressing the central emergency button, absence of movement, impact, or fall.

TWICETOUCH SAFETY CUBE

STAND-ALONE COST-SAVING SOLUTION IDEAL FOR A LIMITED NUMBER OF USERS

A simple, effective, compact, and waterproof IP67 device. It can be worn on the wrist, belt, pocket, or with a dedicated neck strap. TwiceTouch Safety Cube can promptly send a help request (voluntarily or automatically) and locate the user in real-time during an emergency, thanks to GNSS positioning (GPS, Glonass, Galileo).

TwiceTouch Safety Cube sends the help request via SMS to up to 5 contacts, indicating the type of alarm activated (voluntary or absence of movement) and the device’s location.

The help request is triggered in cases of absence of movement or voluntary pressing of the “emergency” button.

MAN DOWN APP

COMPLETE AND INTEGRATED SOLUTION APPLICABLE TO A WIDE RANGE OF ANDROID® DEVICES

The TwiceTouch App is the most complete and innovative Man-Down solution, ideal for companies that want aggregated management of devices and the safety of lone workers.

It is downloadable from the Play Store (Google-certified) and activatable by entering the dedicated license code.
The TwiceTouch App can be installed on any Android® device (rugged smartphones, ATEX smartphones, tablets). The system enables help requests to be sent in cases of no movement or voluntary pressing of the “emergency” button.

Help requests can be sent through various channels (SMS, GSM voice call, Wi-Fi, GPRS), transmitting the operator’s location (GNSS and Indoor) and the necessary information for event management.

This solution also includes additional features: silent anti-aggression alarm, specific functionalities for confined spaces, information on possible traumatic events (impact), and indoor localization.

TWICETOUCH® WEB MANAGER SYSTEM

The App can be used in stand-alone mode, or for a larger number of installations, the TwiceTouch Web Manager is available. This Web Management System is accessible from any browser.

This Web Manager enables centralized monitoring and management of all installed devices, providing real-time updates on their status and locations. It allows administrators to configure settings, review event logs, and ensure compliance with safety protocols efficiently, making it an essential tool for large-scale implementations.

With TwiceTouch Web Manager, you can:

  • Configure and remotely manage all devices and associated users.
  • View and handle help requests.
  • Access dedicated reporting with aggregated and detailed data on system usage statistics.

The TwiceTouch® App can be integrated with an Operations Center to ensure prompt response in case of emergencies.
